Our tour starts out with a visit to the ancient Kingdom of Mengwi which was last powerful in the 17th Century. An extremely wealthy kingdom known for building fantastic irrigation networks and many impressive temples one of which we visit is known as Pura Taman Ayun. Surrounded by a moat, this is a grand example of Balinese architecture at its best. From there we go to Alas Kedaton: the Holy Monkey Forest and fruit bat heaven and Tanah Lot: the famous and most recognizable Hindu Temple on Bali known for spectacular sunsets.

This tour higlights two of Bali's most famous and picturesque temples: Ulun Danu and Tanah Lot. We start by heading west to Tanah Lot which is just offshore on a rise of rock in the Indian Ocean and can only be reached at low tide. afterwards we travel to Bedugul to see Ulun Danu, the lovely Water Temple built on a small headland jutting into Lake Beratan. In Bedugul you can take an optional lunch before heading to Candi Kuning: the exotic fruit and flower market; Kebun Raya: Bali's botanical garden; Pacung: one of the finest vistas of Bali's rice terraces and our final stop at The Royal Temple at Taman Ayun.

This tour higlights the Regency of Klungkung: Klungkung's power in Bali is legendary - ruled for over 500 years by a single dynasty, Klungkung was the most revered Kingdom in Bali. Here we stop at Kertagosa to see how justice was administered in 18th Century Bali. Also we visit Kusamba: the old Bat Cave temple and Tenganan: to visit the "Bali Aga" The original Balinese people. From there it's a short trip to Tirta Gangga: The Royal Pool of Karangasem Kingdom and Sibetan and its Salak plantation.

Visit northern Bali, a part of Bali many people never see. Our destination is Singaraja at one time the capital of Bali and its main trading port. As such Singaraja has an electic mix of Hindu, Muslim and Buddhist culture wrapped in Dutch colonial trappings. On the way we visit Bedugul and Ulun Danu, the lovely Water Temple built on a small headland jutting into Lake Beratan. Candi Kuning: Exotic fruit and flower market. Gitgit: short walk through the rainforest to see the waterfall, Lovina Beach : to stop for a lunch (optional) beside the black volcanic sand beach, Banjar Holy Spring: Holy Hot Springs at Banjar Village which is ideal for a quick swim and finally Pacung: to see Bali's farmers at work in the rice terraces.
